A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“Can't beat the quality for the price. The room was very clean and the owners are kind and on premises. You can tell it matters to them that they take good care of the rooms. I support family businesses and this was one of life's little rewards for doing so. Felt safe with my little ones there. (no judgement, but other places nearby seemed a little sketchy after dark) Really fair price - sometimes you take a gamble on an inexpensive place, but this time it paid off! Will be my go-to when traveling through the area with my kids. The area is quite pretty, some interesting old spots and scenery is beautiful. Close to Bristol.”
“My family suffered a house fire and we have been staying in hotels for the past few months. We have been in Johnson City and Bristol and this is the best one we have stayed at. The rooms are very clean and the staff is amazing. Nice place and very quiet. Would recommend to anyone. It's cheap and clean towels every other day. I have yet to be disappointed”
“Not sure why this place is rated so low. I had a car emergency and had to find a place late at night. Came in at almost midnight, got a room no problem at a great price. Room was clean, had everything I needed (except shampoo) and was completely hassle free. Not much else to really ask for in a quick visit. From what I saw it's a husband+wife team holding the place down, and they're doing a perfectly fine job at it. The wi-fi was occasionally weak, and the heat/AC unit was loud, but otherwise it was a great visit and if I ever have need of a hotel in the area again, I'll make sure to come here again.”
